Responsibilities include coordinating training initiatives, managing training records, and conducting competency verification for employees. The ideal candidate has a background in Gas turbine assembly and a relevant degree in engineering or Quality Management. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills in both English and Italian are essential. • Proven experience in Gas turbine assembly.
• Experience in technical training either with a Bachelor's or Associate's degree.
