Overview

Bridgestone is looking for a Technical Service Engineer for its Roma Plant responsible for the industrialization of new products, optimization of manufacturing processes, and supporting plant management in tire/process technical features. This role is key to ensuring premium quality in tire production and leading the implementation of new technologies and digital methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate industrialization activities and continuous process improvement
• Supervise Technical Service operations
• Collaborate with QA R&D and Plant Staff to ensure quality and compliance
• Implement digital tools and data-driven methodologies
• Support certifications and periodic audits

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Engineering
• 5 years of experience in tire manufacturing
• In-depth knowledge of PSR processes and design techniques
• Expertise in Project Management ISO/TS 16949 problem solving and stakeholder management
• Fluent in English
