How You’ll Make An Impact
  • Analyze market trends and segment opportunities to guide business decisions. You research and identify new business opportunities that fit our company strategy.
  • Define yearly strategies in partnership with the regional sales organization.
  • Build cost calculations and prepare detailed offer documentation.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Participate in negotiations and help close contracts.
  • Maintain the CRM system and perform analytics to support sales activities.
What You Bring
  • 1–2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, or you’re a recent graduate with relevant internship experience in industrial environments.
  • You bring an engineering background (a plus) and a strong passion for sales.
  • You work independently and thrive as a collaborative team player. You communicate clearly, stay motivated, and focus on customer needs.
  • You are fluent in Italian and English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • You are available to travel and meet customers or colleagues in different countries (about 10% of your time).

Siemens Energy Transformers, based in Trento, is a key global factory within Siemens Energy and a cornerstone of the MPT Europe Cluster.
