A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and strong communication skills are essential. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Italian is a plus. The position involves collaboration within a dynamic team and opportunities for global travel.

For an important project located in Bari, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical documentation based on client RFQs
• Assess supplier offers to determine the most technically suitable options
• Contribute to system integration activities and estimate technical cost breakdowns during the quotation
• Support or lead the creation of technical and commercial proposals for small-scale projects
• Assist with integration documentation throughout project execution
• Collect client feedback to suggest product enhancements
• Design technically and competitive solutions for client challenges
• Report recurring technical issues internally for continuous improvement
• Deliver technical presentations at client meetings or industry events
• Ensure technical accuracy in marketing materials, suggest new products and solutions, analyze competitor offerings and provide insights to the R&D, propose client-specific competitive alternatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in application or systems engineering, with a focus on electrical products
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English required, italian is a plus
• Willingness to travel worldwide
