Training Manager, Western Europe Region
We are seeking a professional and result-driven Training Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for retail training management in the Western Europe region, guiding the national trainer teams.
Responsible for building the retail training system for the Western Europe region, as well as formulating and implementing annual and quarterly training strategies.
In charge of developing, managing, and evaluating the effectiveness of retail training courses in the region, including but not limited to new product launches, new employee training, and sales skills training.
Organize and support retail training capacity building in various countries, manage and guide the national trainer teams to ensure training quality and consistency.
At least 5 years of training management experience, with a preference for over 2 years in the mobile phone or 3C electronics industry; experience in multinational companies is a plus.
Excellent English communication skills are required, with the ability to work in English as the primary language; proficiency in other major European languages (such as German, French, Spanish, or Italian) is preferred.
Strong ability in designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs.
Familiar with various training methods (such as online, offline, and blended learning) and proficient in using different training management systems and office software.
