Team Leader Serravalle – Diesel
Location: Serravalle Scrivia, Piedmont, Italy
Job summary: Diesel is looking for an experienced Team Leader for its Outlet Store in Serravalle. The role reports to Store Management and focuses on leading and coaching a sales team to achieve monthly sales targets while delivering an excellent client experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the store team, transforming each client experience into special moments and driving individual and team objectives.
- Achieve commercial targets through efficient organization of the team and successful product management.
- Improve commercial performance via product knowledge, sales and stock analysis, product rotation, replenishment and visual equipment supervision.
- Lead a high‑performing client‑facing and service‑oriented team.
- Coach and provide feedback to ensure the highest standard of client experience.
- Drive the digital experience in store and use digital resources to communicate.
- Empower, develop, motivate and work alongside the team to deliver an elevated customer experience.
- Build a client book through establishing relationships to drive traffic and engagement.
- Create authentic bonds with colleagues by fostering growth and listening with respect and inclusion.
- Support the Store Manager in driving store strategy and achieving sales performance, understanding client desires to create a hand‑crafted 360° experience.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business action plans to enhance sales across product categories and client tiers.
- Demonstrate best‑in‑class sales and self‑leadership on the selling floor, providing excellent and specialised customer service and developing loyal client relationships via CRM initiatives.
- Guarantee floor‑level efficiency and effectiveness in clienteling, displays, merchandise, cleanliness and grooming, solving problems with positive outcomes.
- Build and maintain relationships with fellow advisors, instilling a sense of belonging and a positive, passionate, forward‑thinking mindset.
Key Requirements
- At least 2 years of previous experience in a managerial role in fashion/luxury retail.
- Experience training, empowering, and motivating a team.
- Results‑driven and customer focused.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong commercial skills and product sensibility.
- Strong communication skills (verbal, in‑person, email, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Very good knowledge of English and Italian.
- Strong interest in the fashion world, especially Denim.
