Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate a team to support the launch of the new heated tobacco product Ploom X.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of Ploom Ambassadors.
  • Preside over specific channels to create engagement opportunities with customers.
  • Supervise continuous training of the team.
  • Share best practices with colleagues on the field.
  • Analyze and interpret data to meet defined objectives.
  • Maintain close contact with stakeholders both in Milan headquarters and on your assigned territory.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar or analogous role.
  • Comfortable managing a work team.
  • Strong knowledge of the reference territory.
  • Network of strategic contacts in events or a wide potential network to cultivate on the territory.
  • Constant attention to detail and KPIs to improve activity performance.
  • Excellent communicative and persuasive skills.
  • Possession of a B driving license and a reliable means of transport.
  • Organized and readily initiates action.
