Responsibilities
  • Write exciting job descriptions and advertise them on various platforms;
  • Manage the entire recruitment process including job adverts, screening incoming applications as well as organising and conducting interviews;
  • Reach out to talent directly through active sourcing if needed;
  • Plan and conduct online and in-person interviews;
  • Follow the employees' Odoo journey
  • Collaborate with universities and organise/participate in recruiting events;
  • Implement your creative recruiting ideas and participate in employer branding projects!
