We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will join the HR team of a Leading international Company and support the Company’s growth by attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates through various channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview processes and provide feedback to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
  • Promote employer branding initiatives and represent the company externally.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Experience gained in consulting or headhunting firms, or within Talent Acquisition Teams of structured multinational companies.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and HR tools.
