A global technology leader in electrification is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner for a one-year contract in Milan. The successful candidate will manage recruitment processes, collaborate with HR and business leaders, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences. Candidates should have at least 5 years of recruiting experience, expertise in active sourcing, and be fluent in Dutch, English, and German. Experience with Workday is preferred, and a background in HR, Psychology, or Business is ideal.

Join our Talent Acquisition Team EMEA as a temporary 12‑month assignment driving strategic hiring initiatives in a global matrix organization. We look for a partner passionate about sourcing top talent, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and managing tools like Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter.

How You’ll Make An Impact
  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce plans.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through active sourcing and collaboration with sourcing teams.
  • Advocate for internal mobility and support talent advancement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with HR Operations for job postings, scheduling, and offer processing.
  • Advise stakeholders on recruitment strategies and contribute to process improvements.
  • Deliver a personalized and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Your Background
  • At least 5 years of in‑house recruiting experience, preferably in a global matrix organization.
  • Proven track record in international hiring across BeNeLux and other European countries.
  • Strong expertise in active sourcing, especially using LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience working with Workday.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch, English and German; knowledge of French is a plus.
  • Background in HR, Psychology, Business or a related field.
  • Agile mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
