Descrizione del lavoro

Supply Planning Specialist ensures product availability, minimizes write-offs, optimizes inventory, and manages an extensive production network, including the External Supply Network. They also play a key role in the S&BP supply review process.

Your Key Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To :

  • Management of inter-company production site relationships: Ensure appropriate stock levels through effective relationship management with inter-company production sites.
  • Inventory control and risk mitigation: Monitor assigned product stock levels and implement measures to minimize stockout risks.
  • Market intelligence gathering: Collaborate with the Demand Manager to understand current market dynamics.
  • Order fulfillment and supplier oversight: Check expiring orders based on delivery dates and communicate with suppliers as needed.
  • Master data management: Create and modify promotional material codes within the master data flow.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Act as a liaison with internal stakeholders to ensure supply chain information is available.
  • S&BP participation: Contribute to the monthly Sales & Business Planning cycle.

Essential Requirements :

What you’ll bring to the role :

  • At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical or multinational supply chain.
  • Degree in Business, Economics, or Management Engineering.
  • Proficiency in English and Italian.
  • Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel) and SAP.
  • Functional breadth, project management, operations management, and execution skills.
