An iconic automotive manufacturer based in Maranello, Italy is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure quality standards during product development. The ideal candidate will possess a master's degree in engineering and at least two years of quality engineering experience in the automotive sector. Responsibilities include evaluating suppliers, managing quality non-conformities, and applying automotive core tools for product quality improvement. In order to strengthen our Supplier Quality Team, we are looking to hire a Supplier Quality Engineer BIW & Trim, based in Maranello (Italy).
In this position, you will be responsible to assure quality standards along all product development phases, from the design to field. Using standards tools (SEA; QRA; PR; PA), you will be responsible to execute Advanced Quality activities for the new products under development contributing to flawless launches.
To succeed in this challenging role you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results with a Master‐degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Automotive) or equivalent (STEM) and you will have gained at least 2 years dedicated experience in your role. You have at least five years of experience in automotive field and preferable minimum two years of prior quality engineering experience.
Deep knowledge of automotive core tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP, 8D discipline and other problem‑solving tools) and IATF 16949 are strongly recommended, as it is recommended basic knowledge of trims materials and components manufacturing processes (plastics, glass, rubber, leather, paint, textile, etc) and related process controls.

The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook). Fluent English is required.
