A leading lifestyle brand is seeking a People & Development Coordinator in Italy to manage HR administration and support employee growth. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of HR experience, be proactive and organized, and possess strong communication skills. Knowledge of Italian employment law and fluency in English are mandatory.
