A prestigious fashion brand is looking for a Stock Keeper for its outlet in Trissino. You will be responsible for managing and organizing stock effectively, ensuring high stock accuracy, and supporting the sales team to provide excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and a keen eye for detail. This position offers an entry-level role within a collaborative and diverse retail environment.

Competenze

  • At least two years of experience in the same role within the Fashion & Luxury industry is preferred.
  • Organized with great attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Excel and good knowledge of English.

Mansioni

  • Manage, receive and deliver products and supplies correctly.
  • Ensure stock accuracy through regular counts.
  • Organize stockroom and maintain condition of on-floor stocks.
  • Support the team in providing an outstanding client experience.

Context and purpose of the job

Within the Armani Outlet in Trissino, you will join the team as Stock Keeper. In particular, you will reflect the brand philosophy and be characterised by professionalism, attention to detail and technical knowledge.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, receive and deliver products and supplies correctly, ensuring an efficient process
  • Ensure permanent accuracy of stock within the store and organizes weekly/monthly cycle counts
  • Ensure efficient organization of stockroom and on-the-floor stocks and supervises impeccable state at any stage
  • Support the team in the selling process, ensuring an outstanding client experience
  • Provide smooth handling of omnichannel orders
  • Efficiently manage returns, ad hoc and half-yearly inventories
Requirements
  • At least two years of experience in the same role, possibly within the Fashion & Luxury industry
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Organized, with great attention for details
  • Team spirit
  • Good knowledge of English
Nice to have skills
  • Knowledge of SAP
