The ideal candidate will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of beauty brands developed within the Chromavis Start-Up Studio, ensuring strong brand identity, clear positioning, and consistent performance across all consumer touchpoints.
She/He will manage brands end-to-end, from concept definition to market execution, translating brand strategy into actionable plans and coordinating cross‑functional activities to ensure coherence, relevance, and commercial impact.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing Start-Up Studio, she/he will be accountable for the following:
- Own and manage the overall brand management for assigned Start‑Up Studio brands, ensuring clear positioning, consistency, and long‑term brand equity.
- Translate brand strategy into actionable plans across product, communication, content, and go‑to‑market initiatives.
- Lead brand development activities, including brand identity, tone of voice, storytelling, and visual coherence across all channels.
- Collaborate closely with Start‑up Studio teams to ensure brand alignment at every stage of development.
- Oversee product launches, coordinating timelines, assets, messaging, and market readiness.
- Develop and manage brand plans, including annual roadmaps, launch calendars, and key initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, competitive landscape, and brand performance to identify growth opportunities and areas for optimization.
- Ensure all brand communications are consumer‑centric, consistent, and aligned with the target audience and channel strategy.
- Support Start‑up studio activities with clear brand guidelines, product narratives, and brand‑driven selling tools.
- Monitor brand KPIs, including awareness, positioning, portfolio coherence, and commercial performance, proposing corrective actions when needed.
- Manage external partners and agencies when required, ensuring quality, timing, and brand coherence.
Skills Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Brand Manager role, with strong B2C exposure.
- Mandatory experience in the cosmetics industry, with a solid understanding of beauty products, categories, and consumer behavior.
- Proven ability to manage brands from strategy to execution.
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, portfolio architecture, and go‑to‑market dynamics.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple brands and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical mindset, capable of translating data and insights into clear brand actions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages are considered a plus.
- High level of autonomy, accountability, and ownership.
- Attention to detail, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
