HR Internship – Adecco Italia (Milano)
Location: Milan (Various office sites)
- Support recruiting activities such as large‑scale recruitment, CV screening, and talent attraction.
- Assist with the creation of job descriptions, publication of adverts, and updating of candidate databases.
- Participate in recruitment interviewing sessions and contribute to the preparation of interview reports.
- Collect and analyse HR data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the HR team on day‑to‑day administrative tasks and employee relations issues.
- Assist in the administration of new hires, terminations, and internal mobility dossiers.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of HR projects and training programmes.
Qualifications and Experience
- Students or recent graduates in economics, social sciences or related fields.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, curious and analytical mindset.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Delete or modify any transition regarding remuneration; candidates will be informed about the remuneration package during recruitment.
- Ready to work full time (40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday).
- The internship is paid (approx. €900 per month plus meal vouchers).
HR Administration – Contship – Melzo
- Handle personnel intake procedures and maintain employee records.
- Assist payroll process: enter time‑cards, manage absences, overtime, and work‑hours.
- Prepare monthly wage data for payroll production.
- Support pension, insurance and fiscal compliance tasks.
- Maintain employee information in the HR system and update biographical data.
- Handle public‑sector inquiries regarding personnel and pension plans.
- Assist in workforce cost analysis.
HR Administration – Ricerca e Selezione – Adecco Italia
- Assist the Consultant in deepening and expanding the recruitment service.
- Lead attraction and advertising on main job sites.
- Screen CVs and conduct first telephone interviews.
- Scout candidates in line with open positions.
- Organise and schedule interviews.
- Provide support during candidate interviews.
- Assist in the design and execution of complex recruitment projects.
HR Account – IT Sector (Milano)
- Recruitment of IT professionals: profile analysis, CV screening, interviewing and presenting advanced candidates.
- Consultancy: becoming a reference point for clients, delivering professional and dependable support.
