A leading global consulting firm in Milan is seeking a Principal Strategy professional to enhance performance and value creation for clients in the Consumer Products & Retail sector. Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in consulting, a strong focus on value creation, and a proven track record with private equity. Fluency in Italian and English is essential.

In this context, we are looking for a Principal Strategy to join the Consumer Product & Retail team in the Italian office, focusing on performance improvement and value creation programmes to help clients undertaking the journey "from good to great". This P-CP&R will work with leading corporations to design and implement impactful solutions, leveraging expertise in manufacturing optimization, procurement, supply chain, SG&A and integration strategy. Designing value creation plans, encompassing pricing strategies, sourcing optimization, and product decomplexity initiatives.
Designing and leading operational efficiency programs & integrations, including productivity improvement, plant rationalization, and supply chain optimization.
Developing industrial plans, including market assessments, top-line and operational improvement initiatives, and defining capital expenditure and organizational requirements.
Supporting Private Equity clients across various deal lifecycle stages, from acquisition to exit.
Supporting the Partners team in origination, particularly in relation to continuation / extension projects, whilst progressively consolidating a robust personal network to build a sustainable client platform in the long-term.
