A leading distribution company in Italy is seeking an intern for the Back Office Department at their Egna headquarters. This role includes gathering product range requests, assessing feasibility, supporting marketplace platform development, and assisting suppliers. Candidates should have a degree in economics or humanities (or in progress), proactive attitudes, and willingness to engage with stakeholders. • Gather requests for product range expansion
• Assess feasibility of expansion with involved departments
• Support the company in the development and implementation of the Marketplace platform
• Assist external suppliers during onboarding

Requirements:

What attitudes and skills are we looking for?

• Degree in economics or humanities (also in progress)
• Willingness to engage in relationships with various stakeholders involved in projects (Purchasing, Logistics, Sales Office, Suppliers, and Sales colleagues)
• Proactivity and a propensity for continuous process improvement
• Knowledge of English and/or German is a plus
