Join the team in our Actuation Technologies manufacturing facility in Fiorenzuola d’Arda, Italy, to enhance business success through your expertise in HR (Human Resources). You will manage talent, recruiting and training, compensation & benefit, foster development, improve employee and labor relations. You will guarantee policy and procedure development and implementation, ensure clear communication and provide essential reporting. You will report to Human Resources Director Final Control Italy and Actuation Technologies.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers and employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Drive talent strategies: lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Shape development initiatives: design training plans, promote corporate learning programs, and support individual growth.
  • Manage compensation processes: oversee merit reviews, bonus schemes, and ensure fair and competitive practices.
  • Champion engagement and inclusion: sponsor global HR initiatives, ethics campaigns, and diversity programs.
  • Support organizational change: maintain org charts, job descriptions, and enable workforce planning.
  • Build strong labor relations: collaborate with Works Councils and Union Representatives, ensuring compliance with local laws.
