Management Partners is actively seeking seasoned municipal public works professionals to assist local municipalities with short-term assignments and projects.

Public Works Professionals, Including Retirees, With a Background Serving As Deputy And Department Directors In Local Governments Are Welcomed To Apply. Although Each Assignment Varies, Public Works Professionals Should Have Demonstrated Expertise In The Following Areas
  • Knowledge of public works operations, including construction, engineering, maintenance, administrative procedures.
  • Ability to plan, organize, schedule, coordinate and direct public works functions, including streets, solid waste, water and sewer utilities and engineering.
  • Knowledge of and experience in the application of management and supervisory principles and practices as applied to municipal government.
  • Knowledge of and experience in municipal procedures relating to finance, personnel, purchasing, office operations, risk management and public relations.
  • Knowledge of the principles and practices of engineering and construction, particularly as applied to municipal functions.
  • Ability to efficiently prepare and maintain thorough and accurate reports and records.
In Addition, Our Consultants Must Be Able To
  • Competently prepare reports utilizing Microsoft Word.
  • Learn and utilize Microsoft SharePoint file management software.
  • Utilize Zoom and Microsoft Teams to conduct online meetings.
  • Work collaboratively as a team member within Management Partners.
  • Learn and apply our professional practices as a firm.
