Overview

We are looking for a Solution Architect with strong OT/ICS expertise to join our team. In this role, you will play a leading part in providing technical sales expertise to win new customers across our product portfolio, with a strong focus on PrivX OT and complementary partner solutions.

You will also work closely with our strategic partner and major shareholder, Leonardo S.p.A, a global leader in Aerospace, Defence, and Critical National Infrastructure. Together with Leonardo’s engineering and bid teams, you will support joint sales efforts and help secure new customers - whether through SSH’s solutions independently or integrated with Leonardo’s offerings.

While technical pre-sales is the core focus of this role, you will also contribute to professional services engagements, technical account management, and enablement of our partners across the EMEA region.

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of experience in OT/ICS security, either in enterprise operations or vendor/partner roles.
• Strong understanding of OT/ICS operational processes, regulatory frameworks, devices, and protocols.
• Hands-on experience deploying security solutions in IT/OT/ICS environments.
• Solid background in Linux system administration/engineering (Unix shell scripting or Python/Perl a plus).
• Familiarity with enterprise IT tools (jump hosts, CMDB, SIEM, load balancers, configuration management) and cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS).
• Fluency in both English and Italian (spoken and written) is required.
