You will design social media strategies and editorial plans for national and international brands, translating creative concepts into formats and content consistent with each channel’s language.
You’ll monitor organic and paid performance, optimizing strategy, messaging and creativity based on the data.
You’ll manage communities, moderating conversations in line with the tone of voice and guidelines agreed with clients.
You’ll use artificial intelligence tools to ideate and produce creative assets within editorial plans, adapting them to different formats.
AI will be integrated into your creative process as a support tool, not a replacement for your creative sensitivity.
You’ll work closely with project managers, art directors, creative strategists, and creative directors to ensure consistency, quality, and continuity between strategy, creativity, and content delivery.
You have 2–4 years of experience managing brands on social media and can handle the full workflow — from ideation and production to publishing and analytics — independently.
You know how to read data, identify what works and what doesn’t, and translate insights into operational decisions about formats, messages, and editorial calendars, as well as creating clear, actionable reports.
You can adapt tone and formats to different creative contexts, working with brands across sectors (e.g., fashion, real estate, automotive).
You collaborate effectively with team members and suppliers, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
You stay up to date on platform evolution and integrate AI tools into your process to make ideation and production more efficient.
