Role Overview

The Social Media & Graphic Design Specialist will oversee the creation and execution of visually compelling content across all digital channels, ensuring consistency with the brand’s luxury identity. This role combines creative design, social media strategy, and performance tracking to enhance brand awareness and engagement globally.

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand positioning and business goals.
  • Manage daily posting schedules, content calendars, and platform-specific campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Specialist and PR team to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign alignment.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to maximize engagement and reach.
  • Engage with audiences in a manner consistent with the brand voice, including responding to comments and messages where appropriate.
2. Graphic Design & Visual Content Creation
  • Design and produce high-quality visual content including social media posts, Instagram stories, reels, banners, newsletters, lookbooks, and promotional graphics.
  • Ensure all visuals adhere to brand guidelines, luxury aesthetics, and campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and external agencies to produce content assets.
  • Create templates, layouts, and digital assets for online campaigns, events, PR and Wholesale initiatives.
  • Maintain an organized library of digital assets for internal and external use.
3. Campaign & Project Management
  • Work with the Marketing Specialist to execute multi-channel campaigns, ensuring deadlines and creative requirements are met.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (PR, e-commerce, wholesale) and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Track campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize content and engagement.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creative quality with timely delivery.
4. Brand Storytelling & Copy Collaboration
  • Collaborate the Marketing Specialist to craft captions, promotional copy, and storytelling that aligns with visual content.
  • Ensure consistency of brand voice and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
  • Support creative brainstorming sessions for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and experiential marketing.
5. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
  • Monitor social media analytics, engagement metrics, and campaign performance across all platforms.
  • Prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Conduct A/B testing for content formats, visuals, and posting schedules.
  • Identify trends and insights to inform future creative and social media strategy.
6. Brand Identity & Quality Control
  • Uphold the luxury brand image across all visual and social content.
  • Review and approve content to ensure alignment with brand standards before publishing.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, fashion aesthetics, and digital content best practices.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management and graphic design, preferably within luxury fashion or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and digital content creation for multiple formats (posts, stories, reels, newsletters, lookbooks).
  • Solid understanding of luxury brand aesthetics, visual identity, and storytelling.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing, PR, e-commerce, and external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking performance metrics and optimizing content.
  • Highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills.
