Panoramica

About The Role

We’re looking for a hands‑on, data‑driven professional who can own the measurement strategy for our clients and transform social and content performance data into actionable insights.

You will define and lead, in partnership with the Content Strategy Director and Content Managers, the measurement approach across all social touchpoints, setting KPIs, building dashboards, analyzing performance, and translating numbers into clear recommendations that fuel creative, strategic, and business decisions.

Sitting at the intersection of data, content, and strategy, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients’ campaigns deliver maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities
Analytics & Reporting
  • Analyze social and influencer campaigns (organic & paid) across platforms, focusing on KPIs tied to campaign objectives.
  • Develop clear, insightful reports and dashboards that communicate performance trends and drive action.
  • Conduct sentiment analysis via tools like Sprinklr (or similar).
Strategic Insights & Recommendations
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, strategic insights for media planners, creatives, strategists, and clients.
  • Present findings in a compelling, business‑focused narrative to senior stakeholders.
  • Partner with platform teams and vendors to design brand lift, conversion lift, and store traffic analyses.
Optimization & Experimentation
  • Propose and manage A/B and multivariate tests to evaluate creative effectiveness, audience performance, and media mix impact.
  • Provide actionable optimization strategies based on test results and learnings.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Act as the bridge between analytics, strategy, creative, and account teams, ensuring alignment on KPIs and insights.
  • Liaise with multiple departments to ensure seamless technical implementation and accurate data tracking.
Who You Are
  • 5+ years of experience in social media analytics, digital insights, or performance measurement.
  • Proficiency in social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest) and analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Talkwalker, Brandwatch, Social Bakers, Google Analytics, native insights).
  • Skilled at turning numbers into narratives and influencing strategic decisions.
  • Experience building dashboards and working with A/B testing frameworks.
  • Strong communicator, comfortable presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple global projects.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
