🧳 Your Mission

We’re building the largest and most efficient fast‑charging network in Italy, and everything begins with finding the best locations. Our Real Estate Development team identifies and secures high‑potential sites, from shopping centers to parking lots and major retail chains, to develop the charging stations of tomorrow.

As a Site Acquisition Manager, you’ll be on the front line, driving growth by acquiring new locations and building long‑term partnerships with key stakeholders across the Italian territory. You’ll play a pivotal role in scaling our presence in the country.

  • Identify, qualify, and negotiate real estate opportunities for Electra’s fast‑charging stations across Italy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate owners, developers, and retail partners.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and first contact to deal closing and onboarding.
  • Coordinate internally with technical, legal, and deployment teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor the market to anticipate trends, new opportunities, and potential risks.
💚 Your Profile
  • You have 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management, with a proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close strategic deals.
  • You are results‑driven, resilient, and thrive in fast‑paced environments.
  • You have familiarity with the Italian real‑estate ecosystem and major retail players.
  • You have excellent communication skills and can effectively engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • You’re a quick learner with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
  • You speak and write Italian fluently; English is a must, French is a nice‑to‑have.
  • You excel at building trust‑based relationships and understanding client needs.
