WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

The Service Sale Specialist will be responsible for the development, coordination, and management of projects related to the maintenance of air conditioning systems. Specifically, the role will involve:

  • Promoting and selling maintenance packages to end and/or professional customers by supporting the contact center, implementing teleselling strategies, and ensuring achievement of set objectives.
  • Identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase sales value.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and support materials.
  • Coordinating and monitoring the activities of service centers, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Supervising workflow for subscriptions, payments, and technical interventions through the corporate CRM.
  • Ensuring deadlines are met and operations are efficient for maintenance execution.
  • Developing strong relationships with service centers and implementing initiatives to increase their loyalty.
  • Providing continuous support to customers to ensure high satisfaction and contract renewals.
  • Keeping all involved actors updated on operational procedures and maintenance package features.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Degree: Preferably Bachelor's in Engineering, Economics, or Industrial Technical Maturity, with specialization in Thermotechnics or Mechanics.
  • Work experience: At least 5 years in service sales, preferably in HVAC, energy, or technical maintenance sectors.
  • Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and projects.
  • Familiarity with CRM management and operational processes related to service contracts.
  • Languages: Fluent Italian and good English (spoken and written).
  • Strong customer orientation, needs analysis, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and resilience.
