We are recruiting a consultant to join our Tax Team in Ancona and Bologna, who will be tasked with :

• Analysing issues concerning domestic direct and indirect taxation and offering ongoing advice to companies;
• Expressing opinions on Italian and international tax matters (CFCs, blacklists, permanent establishments, withholding tax, etc.);
• Analysing the taxation of extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, contributions, etc.);

Tax compliance.

• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in leading national or international firms and / or consulting companies;
• Master's degree in business or law;
