Senior Sales Director

This senior sales leadership role requires a seasoned professional to drive business growth globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership — Manage customer relationships, stay current on customers' business strategies and engage with executives at key accounts.
  • Strategic leadership collaboration — Collaborate with senior leaders to provide strategic advice and facilitate meetings with top-level executives.
  • High-level contract negotiations — Facilitate high-level contract negotiations for global and/or strategic key accounts.
  • Industry and customer insight — Stay abreast of global industry trends and customer needs.
  • Global Coordination — Support scouting, origination, and deal management of commercial partnerships to implement go-to-market strategy.
  • Global activity management — Coordinate and manage global activities across multiple businesses.
  • Customer input synthesis — Ensure global synthesis of customer input to validate effectiveness of business strategies.
  • Execution of Strategic Plans — Deploy sales and go-to-market plans effectively across relevant markets and regions.
  • Sales and tender processes — Manage sales and tender processes, including bidding activities, technical sales, offer arrangement, and tender technical qualification.
  • Solution Marketing — Develop comprehensive marketing strategies, including positioning and go-to-market plans.
  • Pricing and profitability — Evaluate target costs and pricing to ensure competitive offerings while maintaining profitability.
