The candidate will supervise engineering staff, coordinate maintenance projects, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Ideal candidates should have 3-5 years of engineering experience in luxury hospitality, a degree in a related field, and strong skills in mechanical and electrical systems. Bilingual proficiency in English and Italian is required, and the role emphasizes leadership and collaboration.

Competenze

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or mid-level engineering role.
• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Technical Services, or a related field.
• Strong technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and civil systems.

• Assist the Engineering Manager in overseeing all operations of the Engineering department.
• Supervise and support Engineering Supervisors and technicians in daily tasks.
