We are looking for an R&D Senior Project Manager to join our Products & Hardware group, where our great products are designed and built. In this role you will be at the center of our development, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions. This position reports to the Project Management Lead.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex R&D projects in the field of electric vehicle charging, covering both Hardware and Software aspects.
• Drive your cross-functional R&D team through all stages of product development — from concept to industrialization — ensuring alignment with system and customer requirements.
• Maintain holistic view about the project (from technical and financial point of view). Deep dive in technical details (HW & SW) when required
• Implement and oversee robust Requirement Management and Validation strategies to ensure compliance, performance, and quality targets are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead your project team through all key milestones, ensuring timely progress and proactively escalating issues when needed
• Provide regular, transparent project status updates to C-Level management.
• Ensure effective involvement and alignment of all key stakeholders across cross-functional departments throughout the project lifecycle.
• Own the management of project scope, cost, schedule, and performance targets, ensuring delivery within defined constraints.
• Uphold high standards of transparency and traceability regarding change requests, scope adjustments, and unforeseen events.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks in collaboration with your team, ensuring risks are actively tracked and clearly communicated.
• Demonstrate flexibility and proficiency in using various project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Power BI, Azure DevOps), and drive their adoption within the team and broader organization
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO practices by developing new processes, sharing lessons learned, and promoting best practices across programs.

Your Background:

• You graduated in Engineering or have technical/technological background (electrical engineering, software, power electronics or another).
• You have proven experience (+7 years) in managing and delivering several projects, based on an embedded Hardware and Software stack.
• Previous working experience of leading and managing complex projects within the product development domain and coordinating the work of multi-location and cross-functional project teams is required.
• You are a very clear communicator in English and have good communicational skills towards internal and external stakeholders.
• Passionated about new technologies and the EV Business

• You have a problem-solving mentality with a strong drive and proactiveness.
• You can work independently and have strong personal motivation. You know how to capture and fix requirements as well as get commitment from different functional managers to partner with them in an efficient way.
• This role will allow you to travel and meet colleagues from all over the world.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Proficiency inChinese is considered an asset for this role.
