The role involves defining product strategy, managing the full product lifecycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates will have experience in product management within wireless communication technologies and strong analytical and communication skills. We\'re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) portfolio and help us shape the future of connectivity.

As our Senior Product Manager you\'ll own the strategy and roadmap for this cutting-edge portfolio, making sure they\'re competitive, profitable, and useful to customers. That means looking at market trends, spotting gaps, guiding development, and steering products from launch through to their final phase. Along the way, you\'ll work closely with teams across marketing, sales, engineering, and operations to keep the portfolio moving forward.

What You\'ll Do

• Product Strategy
• • Define and maintain the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the BLE product line as well as other emerging technologies, aligning with market trends, customer needs, and company objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, technologies, and applications to expand our portfolio.
  • Develop value propositions and positioning for BLE solutions in target verticals.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, and operations to translate strategy into actionable product development and commercialization plans.

Product lifecycle management

• Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept, business case creation, and development, through launch, maturity, and end-of-life (EOL).
• Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and pricing reviews to ensure product competitiveness and profitability.
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify improvement areas and guide next-generation development.
• Drive end-of-life decisions, including phase-out planning, customer communication, and replacement strategies.
• Maintain accurate product documentation, including datasheets, product guides, and internal training materials.

Additional Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with product knowledge, competitive differentiation, and customer engagement together with the technical support team.
• Represent the BLE product line at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality product launches.
• Track regulatory compliance, quality standards, and certifications relevant to the BLE portfolio.

What You\'ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• Working experience in BLE and knowledge on current BLE market from product or business development position.
• Proven experience in product management, preferably in wireless communication technologies (BLE, IoT, RFID, etc.).
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Experience in competitive analysis, pricing strategy, and lifecycle management.
• Good written and spoken English.

Reporting line : This position reports directly to the Global Product Director.

Location : this position can be based in Finland, Italy, Sweden, or Poland.
