Competenze

Profile

Graduated in Mechanical Engineering – Aeronautics – Electrical/Electronic – Chemical, with proven experience as a Process Engineer and Engineer within companies, preferably in the plastics sector. Reports directly to the Plant Manager and is responsible for defining technical and plant improvement actions to optimize production processes and reduce plant inefficiencies, contributing to maintaining competitiveness and product development. Knowledge of plastics transformation processes (Weighing-Mixing-Extrusion) is preferred. A good team player with strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills, and a results-oriented attitude completes the profile.

Responsibilities
  1. Support maintenance manager in drafting scheduled and extraordinary maintenance plans according to internal procedures;
  2. Assist in maintaining adequate spare parts inventory to ensure smooth operation of plants and machinery;
  3. Support the HSE department in managing external suppliers, including safety documentation requests and assisting in the preparation of DUVRI in coordination with HSE;
  4. Assist RSPP and HSE personnel in planning interventions and checks in compliance with safety and prevention regulations;
  5. Participate actively in validation operations of plants, machines, and production processes, promoting solutions to resolve production and quality issues;
  6. Analyze technical and production performance indicators to identify causes of deviations and propose solutions;
  7. Collaborate to keep the Quality Management System (SGQ) updated and implement new procedures related to safety and environment;
  8. Ensure compliance with directives regarding plant operation concerning process parameters, quality, safety, and environmental impact;
  9. Gather process information necessary for defining technical, qualitative, and production specifications for new investments;
  10. Participate in the implementation and management of the company ERP system (SAP);
  11. Manage the plant’s CAPEX investment plan, from budget drafting to authorization requests, design, construction, and commissioning.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Electrical/Electronic Engineering;
  • Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, procedures, and maintenance control activities;
  • Knowledge of PLC diagnostics and programming logic;
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485 standard;
  • Languages: Italian and English, at least B2 level.
