A consulting firm is seeking a Project Manager to lead an e-commerce deployment project in Italy for 9 to 12 months. Responsibilities include structuring processes, managing stakeholders, and ensuring project quality. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15+ years in international project management, with a strong background in retail and e-commerce. Fluency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of Italian is preferred to facilitate local interactions.

Mission.

Lead the e-commerce deployment project in Italy (estimated duration : 9 to 12 months)

• Structure and professionalize processes, building on the foundations of the Benelux B2B platform while integrating the specificities of the Italian market (payments, regulations, consumer behavior).
• Ensure smooth coordination with the Italy CEO, local teams, and headquarters.
• Manage stakeholders (C-level and operational teams) and establish a clear project governance framework.
• Identify risks and propose appropriate action plans.
• Define and implement missing processes, starting from scratch when necessary.
• Monitor progress, ensure deadlines are met, and guarantee delivery quality.

Experience

• 10 to 15+ years of experience managing complex projects in an international environment.
• Strong background in retail, e-commerce, or another fast-paced sector.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and coordination of multi-actor projects.
