Overview

Senior Oracle HCM Functional Specialist (m / f / x) at DHL Supply Chain. Location : UKI / EMEA. This role supports the day-to-day operations of our Oracle HCM Cloud platform and plays a critical part in maintaining business continuity across MyHR and HR Data Bridge systems. You’ll be responsible for incident and change management, mentoring junior colleagues, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver functional solutions that align with our strategic goals.

Responsibilities
  • Providing BAU support for MyHR and HR Data Bridge, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Managing incidents, defects, and change requests raised by application users.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to clarify issues and deliver system enhancements.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior team members on Oracle HCM product knowledge.
  • Developing and configuring new features within Oracle HCM Cloud, ensuring alignment with our system landscape.
  • Supporting quarterly Oracle patching upgrades and maintaining configuration documentation.
What we are looking for
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, with strong expertise in the Core HR module.
  • Desirable experience in Absence, Benefits, and Recruiting modules.
  • Familiarity with Redwood UX and Visual Builder Studio (VBS) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across remote teams.
  • Ability to run workshops, gather requirements, and support business testing and configuration.
