• Mentor junior developers, promoting a culture of clean code and best practices, handling code reviews and refactoring
• Take on a technical leadership role, with the possibility to evolve into a team leader position aligned with your ambitions
• Collaborate with the team to define modern and scalable architectures
• Strong knowledge of .NET Core
• Experience with RabbitMQ, MS SQL Server, Redis, MongoDB
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
• Expertise in parallel, asynchronous, and multithreaded programming
• Passion for clean code and software engineering
