Role Overview

As a Senior Mixologist at our Milan gallery Geronimo Bar, you will prepare and serve high‑quality coffee, cocktails, and small bites while ensuring exceptional customer service and attention to detail. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you’ll also be responsible for maintaining the bar and cafe area to meet our luxury standards, keeping the space clean and presentable. Your role supports a seamless operation and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Coffee and Cocktail Preparation: Craft and serve high‑quality coffee and other beverages with precision and care, adhering to our luxury standards and ensuring a consistent, exceptional customer experience.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional service to guests, addressing their needs and enhancing their dining experience through attentive and personalized interactions.
• Cafe Presentation: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar and cafe areas, setting up and ensuring the space is always visually appealing and in line with our luxury brand standards.
• Team Collaboration: Support the Senior Barista and team members in daily operations, taking initiative to resolve issues and contribute to a smooth and efficient work environment.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a luxury hospitality environment
• In‑depth knowledge of coffee, including brewing techniques, varieties, flavor profiles, with ability to deliver top‑tier experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Available to work weekends
