This role is responsible for leading global expansion initiatives across multiple regions, ensuring operational readiness, compliance, and efficiency in new markets. The Senior Manager will oversee cross-functional projects, manage relationships with external international payroll partners, and optimize processes for launching operations in diverse regulatory environments. Accountabilities

• Collaborate with Product, Legal, HR, Finance, and other teams to ensure operational readiness for new market launches.
• Oversee onboarding of new global entities, including tax, legal, and compliance requirements.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in operational workflows and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
• Manage and mentor cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and successful launches in new regions.
• Maintain operational documentation, including workflows, SOPs, and launch checklists.
• Monitor and report on the performance of new market operations and ensure adherence to local laws and regulations.
• Serve as the escalation point for partner‑supported countries, supporting issue resolution and continuous improvement.
