A global energy company in Italy is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to oversee health, safety, and environmental activities across various projects. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in HSE management, a deep understanding of Italian and European legislation, and fluency in both Italian and English. This role will involve leading HSE plans, compliance monitoring, and training site teams to ensure the highest safety standards.

Competenze

• 5+ years' HSE management experience in large industrial or energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of Italian and European HSE legislation.
• Experience with ISO standards and ESIA documentation.

Mansioni

• Lead the preparation and implementation of project HSE plans.
• Monitor HSE KPIs and submit monthly reports.
• Support compliance with ISO standards and internal governance.
