In a fast-paced development environment focused on growth and innovation, you will be responsible for translating requirements into code to create, improve and maintain high-quality software.

Responsibilities

• Exercise strong technical leadership within the team, guiding architectural decisions and promoting the adoption of best practices to elevate code quality and solution effectiveness, while positively influencing the engineering culture.
• Write, test, and maintain scalable and high-performance code, working in an Agile environment and collaborating with developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects.
• Independently design solutions and actively contribute to their development, providing innovative ideas aligned with business objectives.
• Identify and resolve bugs through testing to ensure a stable and reliable product.
• Ensure high code quality standards by performing code reviews from junior team members.

Skills

• Proven experience of at least 5 years in Full-Stack development.
• Solid knowledge of at least one of the following technologies : Python; PHP (Laravel) or Java & Spring Boot / Quarkus.
• Proficiency in using React.js & TypeScript (Hooks, Context, Redux).
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL, as well as non-relational databases like MongoDB and Redis.
• Familiarity with microservices architectures, API REST e Message Brokers (AMQP / Kafka).
• Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level).
