Overview

Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to develop and maintain a pioneering new initiative. XTEL, a global leader in data transformation pipelines for the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, is looking for a professional to join an agile, cross-functional team dedicated to building an innovative dashboard platform. This solution will empower our clients to seamlessly interact with their data, manage transformation pipelines, monitor business KPIs and telemetry, and generate comprehensive reports—all through an intuitive and user-friendly interface.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and frontend developers to architect and deliver a scalable dashboard platform.
  • Collaborate with the team and Product Owner to propose solutions and new technologies.
  • Integrate solutions into production-grade environments.
  • Integrate data sources, business logic, and reporting capabilities to provide actionable insights for CPG clients.
  • Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and reliability across all backend services.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Good English skills, both written and spoken.
  • PhD or master's degree in data science, engineering, or similar.
  • Extensive experience with Python, data engineering, and pipeline orchestration frameworks.
  • Experience with ETL applications, data analytics, or big data platforms.
  • Solid understanding of agile methodologies like CI/CD, proficiency with Git and GitHub workflows.
  • Hands-on experience in software design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Proven track record in designing and deploying scalable backend services, preferably in the CPG or related industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving attitude and collaborative team spirit.
  • Familiarity with dashboard development, API integration, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for delivering impactful solutions.
