Reports to Front Office Manager

Primary Responsibilities

• Fulfil operations of the Front Office, according to the company policies, standards and procedures, maintaining high standards at all times: handle all guest arrival check ins and departure check-outs
• Create memorable and tailored experiences for all guests following Belmond standards
• Coordinate guests services, working with local partners to ensure consistency in the level of service
• Anticipate Guests' needs and handle Guests' complaints
• Cross sell hotel services and venues
• Handle reservation inquiries and relative requests
• Support the team with Concierge emails, PBX, chat
• Consistently meet or exceed defined performance expectations as per management's goals ensuring all guests' satisfaction

Requirements

• Excellent communicational skills, both with Guests and co-workers/colleagues. Skilled at engaging audience
• Detail and guest care oriented
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Possess a courteous and professional telephone manner
• At least 2 years of experience in the same role, preferably in luxury hotels
• Preferred knowledge of LQA and Forbes standards
• Preferred knowledge of PMS Infor HMS and Alice Concierge systems but not required
