• Manage day‑to‑day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting and accounting.
• Manage the team of accountants, real estate accountants, and back‑office staff, and collaborate on future structuring based on expansion plans.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure liquidity is effectively managed across all projects and operations.
• Support in managing relationships with external auditors and tax advisors.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, ideally in real estate or related industry.
• Familiarity with financial reporting, budgeting, and financial modelling.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with both numbers and people.
• Comfortable with financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility as the company develops.
