We are looking for an experienced Senior CRM Specialist to join our Digital Business Team.

About the role
  • Contribute to the operational management of loyalty programs of each different brand
  • Deliver CRM activities in order to encourage customer retention and loyalty
  • Develop multi-channel communications including personalized newsletter, SMS and push messages in partnership with the marketing team
  • Monitor CRM and loyalty KPIS
  • Managing customer database quality, integrity and enrichment
  • Partner with the store operations and digital teams to optimize CRM actions
  • Training for store teams of the CRM projects
  • CRM initiatives and loyalty program of OVS, Stefanel, GAP collaborating with the other CRM team members.
What We’re Looking For
  • University background in Economics, Marketing, Statistics
  • At least 3 years of experience with a solid focus on CRM
  • Proven experience within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Solid project management skillsDigital and innovation-oriented mindset
  • Expertise in CRM and Retail reporting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Team player, able to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential
