We are looking for a Senior Communication Specialist who will support the Communications department in the development of communication actions to increase the presence of the brand among the public, media, and employees, as well as to create content for public relations.

This role offers significant exposure to the Company’s Leadership Team, with the opportunity to contribute directly to strategic communication initiatives and support top management in key messaging and internal visibility efforts.

Key activities of the role

• Develop effective corporate communication strategies to convey the organizational messaging and align with business goals.
• Internal communications management (social media, emailing and intranet)
• Draft content for media and company website ensuring accuracy and consistency in messaging, in collaboration with external PR agencies.
• Organization of initiatives and internal events.
• Facilitate interactions between the organization and external stakeholders responding to interview requests and developing statements.
• Damage control and crisis communications. Proactively support the crisis communication plan and media monitoring.
• Understanding the use of different communication tools and channels for effective communication.

If you have 4/5 experience in similar positions, a bachelor's degree possibly in Advertising and Public Relations, Communications or Journalism, you have a fluent level of English, strong writing skills, and you are a proactive, creative, goal-oriented person and you are motivated toward this role, we believe that this could be a great opportunity for you.

• Knowledge of Adobe tools (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Video editing skills
