The role will involve purchasing goods, materials and services to ensure that the company operational needs are met, taking into account price, quality and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of buyer, procurement, supply chain, or related experience.
  • Associate's degree and 7+ years of buyer, procurement, supply chain, or related experience.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8+ years of buyer, procurement, supply chain, or related experience.
Key Responsibilities and Task:
  • Communicate with HW team in prototype phase to choose the best components, optimize BOM cost, support the product development phase.
  • BOM review before mass production and ERP BOM maintenance.
  • BOM optimization, reviews and analyzes components and looks for alternative solutions.
  • Negotiate prices, terms and quality requirements.
  • Resolve complex delivery, quality or other related problems with purchases and invoices.
  • Evaluate market conditions.
  • Perform value analysis to identify cost improvements.
  • Check the capacity of suppliers and availability for materials.
  • Manage and update master data.
  • Set up a cost reduction plan.
  • Supplier analyses and lead time analyses realization.
Skills and experience required:
  • Technical skills required (electronics knowledge).
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred Engineering or Technical background.
  • Preferred 1–2 years of experience at a minimum in the electronics purchase market. Working in a manufacturing and/or projects environment is preferred.
  • Analytics attitude.
  • Demonstrated values of collaboration, integrity, courage and excellence is required.
  • Effective communication in English (verbal and writing).
