A luxury hotel group in Milan is seeking an experienced Business Controller to oversee financial operations. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing forecasting and budgeting, and providing insights to drive profitability. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Finance or Accounting and 4–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hospitality. Fluency in English is mandatory, with Spanish as an advantage.

• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of Profit & Loss month-end closing.
