Under the Honeywell Multisite business, division of Honeywell Building Solutions, the Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing building management (BMS) projects of various sizes, typically for retailers, generally over $250K and is required to provide support and tasking direction to the project technicians and sub-contractors. This manager role will consist of administrative tasks, scheduling, cost & billing forecasting, resource planning, risk identification, change of order management, project handover, billing and payments. Core duties include subcontract quality management, progress tracking and application for payment management, site engineering coordination and task management, and project planning for assigned activities. Also manages assigned technical work force and customer satisfaction. Most of the projects are fast track and are managed remotely for various international Account customers in Europe.
