We’re looking for a world-class Backend developer to join our team in Milan.

You’ll be responsible for developing Python and Node.js microservices, maintaining, upgrading, and developing our BI analytics platform. You will also research solutions, suggest improvements to the UX, and implement them.

What You Have

• At least 5 years of industry experience
• Excellent knowledge of Node.js or Python
• In-depth Docker knowledge
• Experience with distributed systems design is a plus
• GCP, PostgreSQL, K8s, Typescript, Java knowledge is a plus
• Knowledge of CI/CD concepts is a plus

We offer a competitive salary, ranging between €50,000 and €60,000, based on experience, with potential bonuses. As you gain experience and contribute significantly, your compensation will be reviewed to reflect your impact. Additionally, you may have the opportunity to receive stock options, linked to your base salary, allowing you to participate directly in the company’s success.
