About the Role

Fever has a fantastic Affiliate Program that allows us to partner with a variety of third parties and establish long‑term, performance‑based partnerships. Your main responsibility will be to manage these internal and external stakeholders such as bloggers, media groups, hotels, airlines, etc. You will work hand in hand with the rest of the Marketing team to help drive Fever’s growth on a global scale.

Responsibilities

• Grow and optimise existing affiliate collaborations, establishing successful and long‑term partnerships.
• Identify and actively recruit new affiliate partners.
• Account manage new affiliate partnerships, from commercial negotiations through to technical integrations and optimisations.
• Closely monitor affiliate activity and performance, including carrying out fraud checks.
• Ensure affiliate compliance with company policies and brand guidelines across all online channels.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of experience in Digital Marketing; desirable to have direct experience with affiliate marketing or account management.
• Professional working proficiency in English. A second language is a plus (Spanish/Italian/German/French/Portuguese).
• Dynamic, proactive, ambitious, solution‑focused.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• An untamable desire to learn more.
