Un'agenzia di selezione del personale è alla ricerca di un professionista da integrare nel team attuariale europeo. La persona selezionata si occuperà di modellazione attuariale, interagirà con i clienti e fornirà formazione sui prodotti. Richiesta laurea in Scienze Attuariali o discipline affini e conoscenza approfondita dell'inglese. L'ambiente di lavoro è smart working.

Competenze

• Laurea in Scienze Attuariali, Matematica, Fisica, Statistica o campi correlati.
• Esperienza con software di modellazione, inclusi prodotti del cliente o simili.
• Proficienza in inglese e italiano (scritti e parlati).
• Proficienza con MS Office.
• Ottime capacità logiche e analitiche.
• Disponibilità a imparare in un ambiente stimolante.
• Capacità di organizzare compiti in modo indipendente.

Mansioni

• Effettuare dimostrazioni per clienti prospettici e sviluppare casi studio.
• Supportare lo sviluppo di nuove funzionalità per il pacchetto prodotto.
• Interagire con i clienti per risolvere problemi specifici relativi all'uso del software.
• Formare clienti e prospettive sull'uso del prodotto.
• Implementare il prodotto o sue componenti negli ambienti dei clienti.

Scope and Activity

The resource, participating in the actuarial European team, will be engaged in the following activities:

• Perform demos for prospective clients and develop case studies;
• Support the development of new functionalities for the product suite;
• Interact with clients to resolve specific issues related to software usage;
• Train clients and prospects on product usage;
• Implement the product or its components in client environments;

The activities may require travel, both short and medium-term, and collaboration with other client units, insurtech partners, or consultants.

Competenze ed esperienza

Qualifications and skills requested:

• Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or related fields;
• Experience with modeling software, including our client's products or similar;
• Proficiency in English and Italian (both written and spoken);
• Proficiency with MS Office;
• Strong logical and analytical skills;
• Willingness to learn and challenge oneself in a stimulating environment;
• Ability to organize tasks independently and respond to urgent requests.

Additional skills considered a plus:

• Knowledge of actuarial methodologies in capital modeling, reinsurance, reserving, and pricing;
• Understanding of Solvency II mechanisms;
• Knowledge of accounting principles such as IFRS17 and IFRS9;
• Proficiency in a second European language (Spanish or French preferred);
• Knowledge of statistical software such as MATLAB, R, or Python;
• Knowledge of programming languages.

Location: Italy or any European location within +/- 1 hour CET.

Tasks will be performed in a smart working environment.
